Ttc’ing for a year

I’ve been ttc for over a year. They have referred me to a fertility specialist. I was just wondering if anyone can tell me their experience and what to expect. I took letrozole three months with no results. I have a high ovarian reserve. They tested my hormones and said they were fine but, that’s another story. What can I expect from here? My cycles are normal but can be irregular now. It didn’t used to be though.
