Our only embryo from our first round sadly didn't stick. I was told on transfer day that it looked "like a good one", yet during my follow up appointment, I was told that "quality wasn't great with quite a lot of fragmentation".
I have nothing to compare this round to, so I was wondering if it's likely that all of my embryos will consistent of fragmentation?
I am doing all I can in terms of supplements, diet, exercise etc but wondered if anyone has experienced this? Can things improve? Any advice / guidance / tips etc welcomed.
Thanks in advance

Hey I’m so sorry it didnt work this time 😢the fragmentation will be specific to that embryo, sometimes I have a few embryos from the same batch and one will have high fragmentation and the other not so it defo doesn’t mean all your embryos will be the same, it’s sounds like you are doing all the right things and remember the sperm quality matters too xx
