Beta not doubling

Hi ladies,

I am very anxious about my beta results:

11dp5dt: 1450

13dp5dt: 5520

15dp5dt: 7180

As you can notice, it increased only 30% in 48 hs from day 13 to 15. My gyno doesnt recommend taking beta checks, Im doing on my own.

Any successful stories on similar betas?

I transfered one euployd embryo only.

Try not to panic HGC beta doubles roughly every 2 - 3 days so you should really wait 72 hours in between tests. Good luck sending calming vibes x

I try not to panic but as the beta increased 30% in 48 hs, I find it hard to have it increased total 100% (doubling) in 72 or 96 hs. Keeping the faith here!

Hi congrats on your BFP! if you hadn’t done the one in the middle the doubling for the 4 days is spot on (and a bit more) so it could just be the timing of the one in the middle as it should really be 48-72hrs in between yo get proper picture so lots of reasons to be hopeful. I'd say these look fine! Your HCG is now at a point where doubling will slow down - if you do a quick Google there's a few articles that suggest that at 6000 doubling can slow to every 4 days. You can have a look at betabase.info/ just to see where you are relative to results others have posted too.

I checked about beta doubling in more than 4 days after 6000, but is it normal for this to happen at 4w 6d? Normally the rate of increase should slow down after 6 weeks. I am tryng to keep The faith though. Thanks!!

Hi there.Please don’t worry yet.At 5 weeks exactly I had my beta taken in the hospital as I was having some pains.Double transfer.It came back at 12,400 however 48 hours later it was only 15,015.I was devastated as nearly everything you read tells you it needs to double every 48 hours up to 7/8 weeks however I held on to the little bit of hope that hcg stops doubling after it reaches 6,000 and once it reaches that number it can take up to 96 hours to double.I am nearly 15 weeks pregnant with our rainbow 🌈 baby.xx
