So I had 8 mature and fertilise, 2 transferred today and three frozen today so 5 at present. Two more at early blastocysts so they want to give them one more day and see if they’re good enough to freeze tomorrow 🤞🏻🤞🏻 So hopefully 7. 🍀🍀🤞🏻🤞🏻 Hopefully these two stick around though ♥️♥️ Xxx

Thank you, that’s kind! 2 failed transfers (1 chemical) of top quality embryos with no known issues 😢 so had immunology etc blood tests before next transfer. Will be doing a double transfer of last 2 frozen as they are poorer quality than the first 2 so wanting to get the results of these tests before then 😬 x

So sorry 💔 I’m really pleased I had immunology screening done as I’ve taken steroids for this treatment and whilst it doesn’t necessarily guarantee success, it means we are doing something different to better support implantation and pregnancy. Hopefully with the right support for your next transfer, you’ll see a positive outcome 🌈🍀🤞🏻 Xx

I miscarried 6 weeks ago , a genetically tested embryo. Previous to that I had a natural pregnancy and miscarried and an eptopic pregnancy, lost my tube. I have a three year old daughter, by some miracle. I think I’ll be having tests next week. I’m hoping they can get to the bottom of what’s going on. It’s been a few years of stress! X

Did your consult agree with the immunology testing in the end? It’s something I’m thinking about asking for possibly after our next transfer which will be our third one following a natural m/c and FET m/c.x

Yes, I had all my immunes done and it came back with elevated NK cells (at 29.9) and elevated TG antibodies so I’ve had intrapilids and was on Dexamethasone until transfer day and now on Prednisone twice daily. My blood thinner treatment has also been increased so hoping all of this makes a difference and really helps! 🤞🏻🍀

It took about two weeks for my test results to come back 💗 - when are you going in for your FET? Xx

Thanks for your reply lovely, spoke to the clinic yesterday and they said that the consultant thinks we should go for double transfer and they’re happy for us to just get on with it without any further tests at this stage.

It’s too last for the cycle now so would be looking to have a natural FET in around 6 weeks on my next cycle. Do you think this would leave enough time to fit it in before? X

Yes, I think so. It’s a simple blood test (11 viles in total so a fair amount to take) and then it’s shipped off to Chicago with results in two weeks. Or at least that’s how mine worked. Are you doing it via your clinic or external? If external, there may be longer lead times.
