I had a 5BB transfer yesterday and just wondered if there were any success stories out there? Last time they transferred a 5AA which resulted in a BFN, so am curious to know if anyone has had success with a 5BB?
Day 1 of the two week wait and I'm desperately trying not to overthink things and just relax! Easier said than done.
Sending you all love and light π

I have had a 5AA transferred and waiting on result and have a 5BB frozen. were you given a reason as to why your first one didn't work? wishing you all of the best of luck with this x
No reason as to why the first didn't work. They said because the 5AA was such good quality they'd put me on same protocol/meds this cycle to try and achieve the same, but my best ended up as 5BB. I suppose the AA just wasn't meant to be for me. I'm sure lots have got their BFP with such a great quality embryo, though π€
Thank you. Wishing you all the luck in the world as well π
Hi - I am on OTD of my second FET. Both embryos were 4AB (I recall them being 5 after the retrieval but I think they got downgraded after being unfrozen or maybe after the PGS screening) My first transfer failed. No real explanation and my doctor said itβs really a 50/50 chance each time, especially if your embryos are good quality, lining looks good and progesterone is at the right level. He said it was nothing I did, although it was such a huge disappointment and I couldnβt help second guessing everything. On this second transfer, I tried to lower my stress level and really keep as positive an outlook as possible. I took a week off from work. I went back to work the day after my first transfer and was super stressed and could feel my heart beating out of my chest! This second time I stayed home and just tried to really relax. Soooo hard during the TWW, but I did my best. I currently have a positive home test and am waiting on my beta blood results. So anyway, hang in there. The more transfers you do the better your odds. Having one fail doesnβt mean the others will. Good luck!
Aww congratulations! Lovely news for you π couldn't agree more, I've chosen to stay home this week to stay as relaxed as possible. Thank you for your well wishes! X
Thank you! Don't get stress that much with the gradings, we transferred our best embryo 5AB also PGS tested and ended in chemical and now we transferred 2 embryos 5BB and 5BC and we are having twins.
