Hcg rising but no sac

Hi, currently I am 6w pregnant and had heavy bleeding with clot but no pain, started a week ago. Now bleeding lesser but just had scan and no sac is to be seen although hcg rising.

Anyone had the same?? What was your outcome?

Is this pregnancy through IVF or natural?

How was the blood look like? I would get myself check by gynocologist if I were you. sometimes fertility doctors dont diagnose right.

Ivf. My 3rd fet. I did both scan by ivf doctor and gynaecology at two different center and both said the same.

Hi did the scan tech not say? Could it be ectopic? Etc

Hi, yes there’s possibilities of ectopic or miscarry. Will have another hcg test to see if rising or decrease

Sorry your going through this that’s a shame , it could be an ectopic most the time they are very hard to detect on a ultrasound if it was a MC your levels would be decreasing x

😭💔 really hard to detect as hcg keep rising. If it’s decrease tomorrow blood test, then I will know

Its horrible just look out for pain etc least you are going back tomorrow and they are keeping an eye on you

That’s the thing, I feel no pain or cramps at all. Latest hcg was 4878

My hcg was 17500 went to 23000 kept rising but the yolk sac was tiny luckily it wasnt ectopic but we did mc eventually.

I’ve had 3 mmc but that one I got bloods done we had a scan around 9w they couldn’t find the yolk sac at first did bloods every 2 days then we had another scan they found a tiny yolk sac then we had to wait another 2w for growth I had bleeding in that time but start and stopping. In the end they said it’s blighted and I had an mva as I wasn’t naturally mc.

💔😭 was your natural or ivf? If ivf how many days were your embryo during transfer day? Mine was day 2 so it might takes awhile. But now I am not sure anymore.

No it was natural 😢 I hope it’s just early for u and another scan shows everything is fine x
