Can’t believe I’m writing this but we finally have our big fat positive after 5 plus years of trying, 1 failed fresh transfer and 1 failed frozen. Never thought I’d ever see a positive pregnancy test! Still feel very nervous but I’m going to cherish and embrace this moment😊xx

Thankyou! Yes it was our first cycle, more or less started it a year ago to this day!

In short I’m 38 years old, had low everything when they did the blood tests and was way over weight a couple of years ago when we were referred. Lost 4 stone to get my bmi down, husband has zero sperm, had an operation to try and retract some but didn’t work so we used doner sperm. Had fresh cycle last September didn’t work them frozen in March which also didn’t work. No one knew why as everything seemed great, good embryo, lining etc. This time the things I have done differently is have my treatment time off work as my clinic advised I self isolate, drank loads of water and drank pomegranate juice. I’m not sure if these made a difference but I’ve never done them before.xx
