I had my first Prontogest injection yesterday, but I cheated- I got a nurse to do it ahahaha

I use an app called ‘Nextdoor’, basically it’s a neighbourhood app, a bit like Facebook but you have all your neighbours registered and you can ask questions when you need something, exactly like this community. So I posted on Wednesday and this lovely lady came back to me- we met and she did the injection- easy peasy.

Unfortunately she’s away tomorrow so my hubby will need to pitch in 😂

Desperate to get started. Emotions up and down while waiting. I was on a high Wednesday with how well I'm coping and now today and yesterday I am back to being low. Two more weeks til injections.

Noooo ❤️❤️❤️❤️It’s a really hard process and having ups & downs is, unfortunately, always going to happen...the important thing is TO BELIEVE- one day we’ll be mummies to beautiful (and annoying) children 😍

Well it’s Friday- go wild! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻My head is manageable, but I feel a bit of a wreck overall, tired and my bum is aching for the injection- jeez that’s painful. Back to clinic on Monday for bloods and to determine whether I’ll need injections done every day or every other day 🙈any plans for the weekend? Hubby is taking me out for valentines dinner...guess what I’m eating 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I am hanging in there, spotting when I wipe (sorry for TMI) and cramping a bit but I refuse to worry about it. Fingers crossed for good results from the confirmation scan 🤞🏾

Omgggg what am I hearing: you love needles? 😱😱😱😱😱I didn’t think I had a problem with needles until I saw the 1.5 inches one that goes in my bum 😱

My clinic said that if I go over they’ll do it for me- but it’s 1.5 hour away by train (plus return) and can’t be bothered to travel that far so...
