Transfer done!

Just had two embryos transferred for the first time. One of them was looking perfect but unfortunately the second one wasn’t looking promising at all and hadn’t even quite reached blastocyst stage yet. However after a quick discussion we decided best chance for it to survive would be inside me even though that chance is very slim. So we’re still hoping and praying that at least the good one sticks and if they both do then it will be a pleasant surprise. Wishing everyone else having their transfer today the best of luck xxx

Hi NS. Good to hear that's over and done with. I do agree that an embryo that is slightly not as good as another, is best back inside you where he/she belongs. Have a nice rest now, and I shall be thinking of you. Diane

Best of luck! There's a lot of chance involved and the science isn't perfect around IVF, so I have hope for both of your embryos. Best wishes. xxx
