First embryo transfer done! 🤞

After stressing since Thursday that none of my 4 embryos would make it, 3 got to blast stage today 🎉 One is still an EB (Early blast) so waiting to see if it develops more tomorrow: if by chance it does, I'll l freeze it. Meanwhile, the other two were grades 4s and I chose to have both put back in! 🤗😓. Just really grateful I ended up with something to transfer this time 💜🤞🤞🤞

Yes of course! 😍 I read a book about a lady doing this solo and her dr told her to imagine herself pregnant, look in the mirror and imagine it - positivity is key but I also know the feeling of not getting your hopes up.

I had my hysteroscopy today and it went well so a step closer now which I am hugely relieved about. Also a bit high 🤣had GA, ibuprofen while under, woke and had morphine as had period pains and also I’m taking diazepam as my blood pressure was so high I was prescribed a relaxant! 😴 xxx

Oh wow that's great EmGLA! It was really a tough decision... they said it was totally up to me. I guess it's a no brainer to put the best one back , which for me was a 4AA. So was considering freezing the 4CC BUT the embryologist wasn't 100% on it surviving a freeze and thaw. She said if I'd had two 4AAs or better she'd have recommended freezing one. In the end I decided to go for it (!) and once I'd decided she said she reckoned that was the best choice. I'm still hoping the 3rd one, which was still in EB stage, might have caught up by tomorrow ... unlikely but you never know 😂 xx
