Embryo quality ivf ICSI

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone had issues with embryo quality? We’ve always been told our infertility is “unexplained” up until we recently changed consultants.

She thinks our issue is embryo quality

We are now taking Impryl on her advice but wondering what other people have done in this situation

Hey - i'm convinced diet and lifestyle modifications helped improve my egg quality and gave me the best chance of growing my one and only egg that led to successful IVF on first attempt. I wasn't even aware of Impryl during our treatment so cant comment on that. All the best x

Thanks. What modifications did you make? I eat relatively well - although not perfect. Try and eat plenty of good stuff x

I followed a personalised package specific to me but it heavily revolved around reducing insulin and reducing the foods that raise it as well as ensuring i got enough saturated fats and full nutrient profiling. It was worth every penny x
