After our last failed cycle in early June, hubby and I decided to keep having "fun" & just get on with our lives as best as we can. Over the past few days I'd noticed that I was always tired... didn't enjoy eating red meat as much and a few other things.. didn't really think much of it to be honest.
this morning I woke up feeling off, a kind of off that I've never experienced before & I talked myself out of testing since we have never had a positive (6years ttc) I only had one test left and didn't want to mess up my day. I ended up testing after feeling even worse, not with first morning Wee, left the test in the loo... Forgot all about it as I got caught up in my errands...
when I went back to the loo some 20mins later to throw the kit away I was shocked to see the Positve result and started shaking!!
Still in shock, What now? Panicking & scared of the worst. So many mixed emotions. Goodness me!! Ordered more tests to test again first thing tomorrow. Sorry for the long ramble.., thank you for reading!

Thank you so much Hope. I never thought that would be us. I was more than focused and prepared for the IVF journey you know. Meant to be starting the unmedicated cycle in a few weeks lol! I'm in disbelief and may only accept it after another test 🙈 Oh the Shock of it xx
I had a top quality embryo implanted and still couldn’t believe it after the thick line came up in seconds. It’s because we have waited and wanted this for so long but it is real, enjoy it x
Love this post stories of this give others huge hope. Congratulations. Body is a mysterious thing 👍It also took us 6 years to get our first BFP ( was a chemical pregnancy) & our second BFP was our 4 week old daughter after 7 years of TTC! It does feel very surreal doesn’t it! We are both still shocked how lucky we got! I think that is what this journey does to us! I've been thinking of you! Thank you so much for your well wishes. Like you we decided to get on with life despite the ivf hurdles. I stuck to a fairly healthy eating plan, not too rigid but manageable. I eat pineapple daily, it become a habit I couldn't break after our cycle. I drink decaf tea instead of caffeinated.
I take high dose omega 3 Fish capsules
High dose CoQ10
Folic Acid
Vitamin D
B12 Oral Spray
Floradix Iron - I pick up everything from Boots so I can use my points.😊
