1 blastocyst 🐣 frozen today

Following a disappointing egg retrieval last week am pleased to say one strong blastocyst made it to day 6 and has been frozen today. 😊 it’s been a nervous few days ..every time the embryologist called I feared the worse.

follow up tomorrow to plan the next steps all being well I’m hoping to get stuck in this month. Hopefully this solo mission will be a successful one 🤞☺️

Take this next month or so to focus on yourself and feeling 100% before transfer, eat well, sleep well (if you can!!), bit of exercise if that's what you're used to, eat some sushi and rare steak, cheeky glass of wine or two and some soft cheese... enjoy yourself a bit while you're waiting xxx
