It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here but that doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten any of you, I hope wherever you are on your journey you’re able to have a peaceful Christmas.

Never did I think last year, I’d be in the position I am this year. Im still wracked with anxiety but SO grateful to be in a better headspace.

I’m not going to say never give up because we all know it’s not that simple - do what is right for you especially over these next few days.
