Hi,

Does anyone has used this for PCos? I heard from friend that it helps in conceiving naturally?

I was advised to use it by my clinic as I have pco and it’s supposed to help balance hormones. I didn’t find it made any difference to be honest and it’s very expensive. If you look at the ingredients there are only two; myo inositol and folic acid. Buy them separately and save yourself some money is my advice xx

I was advised to try it and splurged on the 3 months supply. I found quite quickly that things like black hairs on my chin were not as pronounced and my periods were more regular. I didn’t conceive naturally but found that the quality of eggs were much better than my 1st cycle and now have 3 in the freezer. I was also prescribed metformin but this didn’t work for me and I took myself off them after 2 weeks as felt really sick all the time. I had been on the 2 vitamins separately before starting the Inofolic but found I responded better to the sachets. Could just be a coincidence but know it worked for me.

Hi Kelly, thank for your response. Its really helpful. I got it to know about while waiting for my appointment at fertility clinic. I recently had my my first round of unsuccessful IVF and now thinking to take it.

Hi , thank you! Is there any difference between PCO and PCOs?

Good question! And to be honest i’m still trying to figure this out myself ..

Apparently you only have PCOS if you have 2/3 of the symptoms: Polycystic ovaries, irregular periods, over weight / excess hair. I only have the polycystic ovaries. I have been reassured by numerous professionals I dont have the syndrome but I cant help but think well why am I not getting pregnant then? ☹️

Wishing you all the best xx

I have PCOS and was advised to take it, for the first time in 5 years I ovulated myself - I don’t know if it was solely down to the Inofolic as I’m also taking metformin but I think it’s definitely worth trying x

It’s nearly been a year I’ve taken it and I’m currently 12 weeks pregnant so will be stopping soon.

I tried it for about 9 months and found it regulated my cycles a little. Sadly didn't help with ovulation but I think its meant to be more a long-term treatment not a quick fix. It is pretty expensive but cheaper than a round of ivf, so it was worth trying.
