positives already before 9am😂

so I am helping Franco81 out and positing the positive today 😂not even 9am and I have a few already. .so we dropped into our new clinic this morning to drop our notes off prior to our consultation on Monday after the shock of our clinic closing in feel quite resigned to this now and even a wee glimmer of hope this morning as we entered a new sparkly place that maybe just maybe this might be it for our last embie...fingers crossed it is like the last key always opening the door right?? also it is a horrible grey day here but I have put on my lovely new yellow coat..sunshine on a rainy day 🌞🌞also off to a conference today and found out last night one of my best buds is going too so waiting in funky wee coffee shop in town to meet her for coffee and pastry. .if only every day could start like this. .right ladies let's here these positives no matter how small anything that makes you smile..lots of love xxx

Ahh toothache is horrible, sounds like you’ve had it a while too.

Can you speak to your dentist about your phobia, most are good at helping you through it if you need something done to get sorted.

Hubby booked me a dentist appointment for next week. He told them about my phobia and they’ve promised to look after me but 😫😫😫 xx

This sounds like me lol also have a toothache and a phobia of going to the dentist lol. To make matters worse my partner is a dental nurse so can't get away from him noticing lol ( although he does see my phonbia is bad he hasn't pushed me). I obviously get to see a lot of dentists to and when I told them I hated the dentist they said "what have I done?" And they are actually nice people it's the equipment that petrifies me lol. We went on a night out with a dentist and he was very funny (banter) that night I had a nightmare that I was in the chair and him and my partner were doing my teeth but they were messing around saying shall we take this one this one and this one we will leave that one mmmwwwaahhhh. Now I just shit myself 🤣

Oh no, good luck. After everything you have been through you can do it (easier to give advice than take your own haha) Had hoped it got better for you over the day. Thankfully mine isn't at that point, still hurting but don't know if it's my gum or teeth. xx

I think, it’s my tooth that’s affecting my gums. Touch wood, it’s settled a bit tonight 🤞🏻 I can cope with it if it stays like this until my appointment.. I feel for you though, dental pain is horrible xx

Uhhhh struggling today tbh. My tooth/gum has played me up all day and Poopy (the family/My Brother’s dog) is really poorly. We’ve looked after her the last three afternoons while my Brother is at work and I keep crying because she’s getting weaker.. 😢

Right enough of the negativity! Here are my positives;

•My tooth gum/pain is now manageable. I was able to eat my tea, homemade cottage pie, which I really enjoyed.

•I’m making the most of my extra time with Poopy. Today I helped her up on the sofa and she curled up by my feet. Just like old times.

•I ordered a new dress from Next. It was really very very naughty and I shouldn’t have ordered it because money is really tight but it was only £20 and I had a “Ah fck it” moment!

Great to start with such positivity, sounds like a productive morning and all before 9am!

I woke up feeling good today and ready to face the world (which definitely doesn’t happen every morning!) and I’ve come to cover my mum looking after little ones (she’s a childminder) as she needs some time off, so I feel like I’m doing something good for her today.

Plus, one of the little ones wanted to give my dog a present for his birthday and absolutely loved watching him open it, it was lovely.

Happy Wednesday, I hope you can all find something positive today too x

Thank you for this nice post. I absolutely loved your idea as for ''the last key always opening the door..'' When going through tough times it's so hard to find positivity from all around..Your post made me smile and actually I thought I must spend this day completely different..not thinking about all the possible outcomes..not blaming myself I did sth wrong in this cycle which might affect the results..I'll not show my amazing dh how weak I am through this very shot and make him sad or sth..I'll truly look for some good changes. Thank you x

Good news that you like your new clinic...I think from a PM in the past that you are now in the same place as me. All the staff are lovely, really flexible with appointments and I like the text message reminders and online site to remind you of appointments.

I think we might be..we were less keen on them tbh but that was prwvious experiemce in past now so resigned ourselves as little choice so deep breaths..just hoping we can go ahead with last fet..find out next week xxz

I do really like it there, other than the line under their name that says ‘giving life a helping hand’ and makes me grimace at its cheesiness every tome😂.

I’m slightly terrified about all the staff moving over from the old to the new clinic. We complained about the our treatment at the old one and ended up with a 50% refund... what if they remember us and treat us differently 😩 ( not that I feel that we shouldn’t have complained but I don’t want to be that difficult person).

As for my positive, I’m currently in fuertaventura sipping an Aperol Spritz, my life is nothing but positive for 11 days 😊 xx

Ha ha. I remembered the hairdresser telling me what to do. It's always difficult isn't it when you get home and try it yourself. I try to stay with safe cuts. Have had some disasters in the past 🤣
