Emotional embryo transfer appt

Hi ladies,

Well we went to our appointment. We're told that unfortunately only 1 of our embryos was good enough for transfer, it's a blastocyst but they said its not the best grading. Was very upset and disappointed that the others didn't survive and this one isn't as good as they hoped for. They continued with transfer, which went quote easily! Even got to see a picture on a screen before it was inserted. It was amazing! I'm feeling hopeful that this will still work and our little embryo will stick and develop. Its so surreal to think its now inside me. We are so privileged to even get to this stage. Wish us luck that our little precious embryo will develop x

I was told the same in regards to the grading of my embryos and I’m 26 weeks pregnant now with a lively baby girl! I did however have 2 put back in but all it takes is one!! I stewed on the fact my embryos were not the best quality but miracles do happen ❤️ I wish you all the luck in the world xx

That's amazing! Congrats, I am really gutted that our others have just been discarded now. At least we giving this little embryo a fighting chance x x

I think they only discard them when they are stop growing and start to decline so will die.

One blastocyst is good. That's all I had and got bfp.
