I had more painful cramps last weekend, day 3, but since not had much since really apart from a cold. Them the last couple of days had some mild cramps on and off. Is that a bad sign at this stage.?

Its so hard to separate out the side effects of the meds from your bodies natural movements and also potential pregnancy symptoms. I broke my heart all last week being so sure I was going to get a negative. I spent way to much time googling for reassurance. As hard as it is try and not read into anything as it really messes with your mind. Only the test can really tell. I have had two bfp the first with no symptoms at all that sadly ended in a missed miscarriage and my current on which I had terrible cramp and backache all week. Fingers crossed for you.xx

With my natural FET this time I had mild cramps on and off after transfer got a BFP on test day (2 days ago). Still getting the some cramps now but less I think. Fingers crossed for you x

As long as no bleeding I would take it as a good sign! X
