Hi Jayde3. This is just another muti-vitamin tablet, with a few extra herbs included. The claims it makes are pretty remarkable, and I feel that if they are so wonderful, why is it not prescribed?? Just my thoughts of course, but I think a good quality pre-conception multi-vitamin would suffice - your choice and good luck! Diane
