Synarel - side effects

I've been taking synarel nose spray for just over a week, no side effects apart from horrible taste on my tongue, kind of tangy and a bit like leaving a paracetamol in your mouth too long type taste. Anyone else had that? Not too concerned, just wondering.

Also, does anyone know if your period is likely to on time for down regulation?
