I have felt twinges all over my abdominal area- I think it's where the uterus is expanding! Implantation takes a further 13 days from when it first started implanting. My twinges stopped when I was just coming up 5 weeks. But if you are worried by it do contact your clinic or GP for reassurance xoxo

Yep totally normal, it's just everything stretching in there! I seemed to have it only on one side, also really sharp pain everytime I stood up. I'm 7 weeks and those pains have disappeared for me. They say if it gets really painful then seek gp advice. Otherwise a twinge every so often is fine :)

Google round ligament pain and see if that fits what you are experiencing. I got it all the way from 3weeks onwards and it's all the stretching.

I did. The twinges were fine. I experienced full blown cramps when I miscarried at nearly eight weeks. You'd not mistake the two sensations. Your twinges are a sign that your womb is growing just as it should. Try not to worry.

I had this on my last bfp though mine were on the LHS. Diane said it was due to stretching and round ligament pain. I'm beginning to get twinges on my RHS now but they're very quick and mild so far xx
