Hi, I recommend serrapeptase to any of my patients who suffer from endometriosis or blocked tubes. It seems to be effective when taken at 240,000 iu once a day 30 minutes before meals. This can be spread over a day with 3 x 80,000 iu but do not take it within 2 hours of eating. Hope this is helpful.
