Twin pregnancy bleeding

I am 14 weeks with twins and at 12 weeks I had a cervical cerclage put in place so that the cervix will not open before time. Now my challenge is getting bloody discharge everytime I visit the bathroom but my recent scan the babies are well. Anyone who experienced bleeding with twin pregnancy
