Ivf treatment

I started the ivf treatement during my last period, injections, after few days i got really sick vomiting couldnt keep food down. I didnt eat for three days, the fertility hospital said it couldnt be the drugs it had to be a stomach bug. I was advised to stop the injections as i was so sick. A week later i started bleeding very very light sometimes then more blood. It doesnt feel like my period i dont have cramps or sickness. I cant get through to fertility doctor because of weekend. Is it normal to be bleeding and is it meant to be a period ? I dont know what it it is or what is happening to me. I am stressed out i will get sick again amd will fail again to go through with ivf injections
