Back at wrk today feel so tired

So I'm back at work today long day 8-6.15 and I'm already so tired , my tummys huge and have a back ache and slight ache in tummy . Also going for loads of wees.

Test still saying positive 😀😀 how did you feel 2 - 3 weeks into pregnancy ??

Trying to not move around too much at wrk and take it as easy as poss.
