7+4 scan no yolk sac! 😟

So Friday we had an early scan as couldn't wait for today! Everything was fine heartbeat seen!

Today sac was seen and heartbeat seen but no yolk sac and heart beat not as fast as normal......clinic worried and have another scan next week! Feeling very sad. Anyone experienced this with the yolk sac?? x

Hi, seems odd to have a heartbeat and no yolk sac. Maybe it got missed as it's still early? I have had a pregnancy where there was a pregnancy sac but no yolk sac or heartbeat. Unfortunately it was a missed miscarriage and had stopped developing a few weeks before that. But your situation is different - you have a heartbeat. That's normally a good sign. Did they give you measurements, was the little embryo measuring correctly?

It's all over for me! lots of bleeding now! Guess not meant to be this time. Im in shock now and will have to move forward. Thanks for replying xx
