Liver nodule

I saw my liver specialist this week, and this time they found a nodule on liver. Meld is 6, blood work good, is there something I did that caused the nodule, I still don’t have a great handle on sugar. Please any suggestions.

There are several kinds on nodules. Mostly we don't know for sure what causes them. Unlikely to be anything specific that you did. You might get some clues if they are able to identify what it is. That might involve a biopsy if they think it might be dangerous.
