Hi Sasha
From a health liver perspective we don't really know. The only solid data we have is that 60 ml per day with moderate total calories was beneficial but logically it really depends on your body size , metabolism, and liver condition. The goal is to help a sick liver by using a supportive fuel source but as with all things over loading it with one thing won't be helpful. Not a very specific answer I know but as with all things dietary it depends on the details.
