I have heard both arguments, pro and con. And since I am not a doctor ask him/her, not someone like me.

That having been said, the "evil" about fruit, according to some, is that fruits are sweet, they have sugar, and we have been told sugar is bad. But I am not sure that normal natural sugar is bad, I believe that what is bad is unnatural, commecial and "commercial" sugar. Natural sugar is a different thing. The link explains.

So I believe the following (see point ten) and I also believe the "bad" about eating a little amount of sugar in an apple for example is far outweighed by the fiber and nutrients and vitamins that you get.

Do t forget there are a lot of benefits to fruit as well.

What you really need to watch for us “added sugar”

I was told to limit it to two servings a day.

Fruit as part of a normal diet is very beneficial. Fad diets that focus on a lot of fruit are not. Fruit is good but fruit juice is not as good. The fiber that you need is damaged or lost in juicing so that allows the fruit sugars to enter the body faster which is not what you want.
