Hi all. Does anyone else find that after a couple hours of eating lettuce/spinach that they feel nauseous and have a lump in throat. I’m wandering because the food is not cooked that is why I feel this way

I don't think I've seen that question before. It is certainly possible to have a reaction to some chemical in a food that is destroyed by cooking but I don't know how that would be an issue with vegetables in general. You might try to isolate to a particular food and if you can discover something particular that you react to it can help you manage it but that is my only idea. Hope you figure it out.

I have food allergies. Cooking veggies, according to my allergist, changes the protein. I can eat more cooked vegetables. Otherwise, my mouth gets raw. I am also choosing more organic vegetables. Hope that helps.
