Hi everybody! I enclose a statement I recently read on internet. I keep looking at it and I think it might give hope to everybody struggling with any liver disease. I also think that the word alcohol can be supplemented by words like sugar, fat, processed food.... With love Monicka

its a nice sentiment, but you are assuming a great deal. Not everyone is here because a co-factor (alcohol, sugar, fat, processed food) caused fatty liver.

Hi! I read your post a year ago and I’m really sorry for your situation. You are right, not everyone is so lucky to be able to improve liver healht by diet. Unfortunatelly, that seems to be my case too. I try really hard with my diet but no results. So I know how it feels.
