Most of that stuff is fake. Mike Thistle and Vit E are the best to take. They are hoping to release a cure within the next 12 months to remove the cirrhosis. At least it is a cure for the ones with NASH. I'm on the pill now in the study. I was suppose to have a test to see if I was better last week, but all testing is cancelled because of the virus. I'd stay away from stuff your Dr. doesn't tell you to take. I went to a herbiest for a while and didn't tell my dr. when I told him he said don't some of that could kill you if you got the wrong thing. So be careful.

Like a lot of supplements this is primarily fancy packaging of vitamin E and milk thistle. They claim to be special but I don't know of any actual studies.

Thank you Nash2 for your response. What if any, are the potential benefits of milk thistle and vitamin E to the liver? Are there downsides to the use of either. Thanks again.

Vit E is recommended by many hepatologists and a lot of people believe in milk thistle but researchers don't support it

Yes I purchased it for a month until I realized it was vitamin E and milk thistle. Cheaper to buy them separate. I thought LiverMD was pricey.

Thank you Rm2816 for your response. Did you experience any pro’s or con’s with the time that you did use the product?

I have started taking it this week. I didn’t know what supplement to take and the different strengths/forms of milk thistle was confusing. I figured this was the easy way since it is all in one pill.
