I was recently diagnosed of grade 1 NAFLD. Mildly enlarged ( spans 17.2cm) how serious is this condition ? My Blood work shows. GGTP: 67.2 IU/L, SGOT: 50.7U/L and SGPT:105.2U/L . How serious is this condition and anyone ever tried Vitaliver for liver detox, support and cleansing?

We believe that NAFLD is properly managed through diet. There are no proven treatments and little evidence that supplements do any good and may be harmful. We don't recommend products but my opinion is that the typical supplement is just a waste of your money. Here is some info on how we think about diet.
