I think Ramadan will be hard this year, because sitting near a full fridge is harder than being in the office. But at least they may be able to sneak in a nap if their energies flagged.
Last Ramadan we decided to not have meetings in the afternoon, because at least one Muslim would fall asleep.
(I'm not Islam, but work with a few)

I was talking in general. And I expect it's hard even for experienced fasters, because the iftar is an important part of the practice, and it's likely what is eaten does not sit will with a low carb diet. It's like 30 Christmas days in a row.
