Hello again I am getting few tingling feelings on my left side near my jaw. My left side was where my lip was numb when it all started. I also feel as if my jaw is tight when I eat and speak. My right eye some times feels tired heavy (opposite side of BP) as if the muscle is pulling. I am still a bit tired and I can't really shift this horrible anxiety. I need to see the end if the tunnel is this normal?

Hi!

Please don’t worry! This all sounds very normal and very similar to what I’m currently going through (we chatted a few days ago).

This will get better in time! Try not to draw attention to it, I know easier said than done.

But do speak to your drs as they will be able to help you with overcoming the anxiety, and my help with some facial exercises.

Take it easy, you’ll get there 😊

Hi thank you again. I am so sorry for been so stressed out and going on about it. I am always looking at my face on the mirror and every little pain or feeling makes me feel anxious. I am doing exercises i am always moving my mouth and my nose and eyebrow however after my face pulls more and feels more tight. So I was thinking just to go them twice at day. In any case again thanks for your support 😊😊🙏🙏

I understand what you’re going through totally! You’re not alone in feeling this way.

I’m 9 weeks in today and at the start I was forever taking pictures, looking in the mirror, asking my other half all the time if he thought my face was getting better (probably drove him mad) haha.

I do exercise morning and night, and feel doing a hobby (gardening) takes my mind off it!

Happy to support you! You’ll get there 😊😊😊
