Is it coming back? Or just the remnants of before?

I was diagnosed 29th of July and really looked "normal" again roughly end of November but the affected side still feels a bit odd.

When I have a cold, my dodgy side feels tingly with shivers running over my head. Does any one else get this? At the moment, it feels really bad and i now have a constant urge to move my face, with a pain in my ear and almost suffercating tightening pain in my neck and shoulders.

I do have a cold, not a bad one, but do feel under the weather.

Is it just the remnants of the original one? Or is it coming back? Has anyone recurred in less than a year? Or heard of such a thing?

I am driving myself mad with worry. I keep checking and filming my blinking just to see if they are still the same. They are, but i am still terrified. My doctor was useless but something is not right on the bad side. Does anyone else get this?

Can anyone offer any advice?

Thank you in advance

It’s been 2 years since I had Bell’s palsy. I recovered about 90%. my eye squints when I eat, talk and pretty much when I do any type of face expression. Till this day my affected side bugs. When I’m tired the BP side will feel tight and more tired. I feel I get headaches just on that side. I’ll get shooting pains in face when I laugh. I also start moving my face when I feel it might be coming back.

My fiancé massages the affected side when it doesn’t feel good and it helps.
