Hemi facial spasm after bells palsy

I don't know whether I've developed hemifacial spasm 2 years after bells palsy diagnosis. A few weeks ago my face felt tight and numb and I was dizzy with head pressure. Then my eye started twitching and cheek when I smiled. I immediately went to doc because that how my bells palsy started last time. She gave me steroids but my face hasn't dropped only extreme tightness which feels like bad sinuses and like someone is squeezing my cheeks really hard and feels like face is frozen. I still have twitching under eye and cheek and around mouth and nose and on off pain in ear. What is going on? I feel like I'm just wating for my face to drop and keep annoying every one by asking is my face alright.

I really feel for you, and know exactly what you mean “when you feel like this”. I hope things have improved for you now.
