Hi. It has been 6 months since I had BP and have now got an eye twitch. Every time I talk my eye twitches, can anyone recommend how to relax this other than botex. I pull my cheek to help the tightness, any other tips to help would be appreciated. Thanks

Sorry to hear that, it can be so infuriating. I had twitches in my eye after I recovered from bells. Probably between 6 months to 1 year after. It happens less and less over time now but still occasionally. I haven't found anything that triggers it or helps stop it, all these nerve twitches seem to be completely random with me!

I am sure it will subside gradually over time for you.

I have had the same problem for 11 yrs. I find that Botox helps with the twitching.
