Lyme Disease, or Bells Palsy and something else?

Hello all,

7 months ago, I started noticing a tingling sensation around my upper lip and down the side of my face, this was only slight but noticeable. Around the same time I noticed that my left eyelid would twitch for a few seconds whenever I blinked/winked it.

1 week later: this has persisted but I also noticed that the left side of my mouth droops slightly when I smile.

3 weeks later: I noticed floaters in my left eye, I have never noticed any before now. Around the same time I noticed that when I look at something for a while and then look away I can still see an outline of the image (most noticeable upon blinking). I also noticed that my eyes became sensitive to bright lights.

5 weeks later: I noticed whenever I look at a light (particularly at night) I see a 'halo' around it, when looking at white lights, this halo is multi coloured.

2 months later: I noticed the ends of my fingers would go very pale when exposed to a cooler environment (raynaud's phenomenon), and would occasionally go numb.

Since then I have also noticed that several times a day. I smell smoke, when no-one else does. It only lasts for ~1sec each time but several episodes seem to group together within a couple of hours.

I also began noticing heart palpitations somewhere amongst all that. Which occur maybe once every 2 days.

As of today, none of the symptoms have disappeared, including the left sided droop when I smile.

I have had my eyes examined by a ophthalmologist, he confirmed the floaters but could not find any cause of the other visual symptoms. I have had an MRI which came back normal. I was diagnosed with bells palsy but I have received no treatment for it.

I feel like some of my symptoms map closely to that of Lyme Disease, but my test for that came back negative (Although I've heard such tests are unreliable). My real concern is that I have had some sort of stroke that's causing the neurological symptoms or that they are warning signs of one is coming.

Can anyone here relate to these symptoms in any way? and if so have you found any answers?

I apologise if this is in the wrong place, I couldn't find a Lyme Disease Community.
