Reoccurring Bell's palsy

Hi, In December

1996 I suffered from Bell's palsy, facial paralysis etc and received steroid treatment. I regained facial movement after 3 weeks but was left with what I call a weak right side of my face.

I now have symptoms of bells without the eye closure problem, I can still move my eye lid! My eye waters and my tongue on the right side tastes metallic. I have a stiff neck also.

Is there any treatment for this?
