Bell's Palsy returning after a cold?

Hi all. I had Bell's Palsy for around 6 months as a teenager, 30 years ago. I've just had a cold and now the side of my face that was affected is painful, especially down the facial nerve. It's very tender to the touch. I'm worried it's coming back. What can I do? I can't get an appointment at my doctors for another 2 weeks.

maybe sinusitis to do with your cold? Take cold remedies and inhale. Always find it helps mine. Otherwise pester the doctor and ask for prescription over phone. Good luck and feel better.
