MRI Result

Hello, recently Ive had an mri done as a result of my friends and family said that they have told me stuff and I cannot remember stuff, I know my memory isn't very good as I can never really retain information well but Ive always been like that but I did notice myself that Ive got worse, anyway Ive had this mri done and they said all is fine but in it they have also said that they found a little focal parietal cortical volume loss (Koedam 1).Does anyone know what this means please? I haven't got a call back from the doctor until then end of the month so but if a wait. Thank-you.
