HiyaI am 69

One tip I received was to get a smaller dinner plate. The other advice was eat less and keep moving. I teach chair exercise once a week. My eldest is 94.

Make small achievable goals.

If you need snacks but them in a container up to 200 calories and only eat those during the day.

Have a good breakfast.

Good Luck
