Apple Watch is stuck on the app

I can’t seem to clear the App screen on my watch. I’ve tried turning off my phone etc. but still not shifting any ideas?

Hi Yogpot24 if you are referring to closing the EXI app from an Apple Watch - if you 'Double-click the Digital Crown, then turn the Digital Crown to the app you want to remove. Swipe left on the app, then tap X.'
