Struggling to lose weight since having my first child. Now pre-diabetic, so have to really start to embrace the weight losing challenge by becoming more active, healthier, fitter, and enjoy a longer life. Hopefully 🤞🏾. I play tennis and also enjoy badminton, all at beginners level. 😬

Hello hun I haven't been doing it long either but all I can say is don't try to do to much too soon little changes will make a big difference I have started by cutting down portion sizes and trying to eat 3 meals a day I struggle with exercise as I need hip replacement but I do use resistant bands and work my upper body as every little helps good luck with your journey
