Hi everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I'm lucky enough to be off work next week and will be visiting a friend who lives near some lovely coastal and woodland walks. I'm looking forward to getting some longer-than-usual walks on my days off and cannot wait for all that fresh air to blow those cobwebs away. I don't usually get to walk by the sea, so it's going to be a real treat for me next week!
I find that walking on the sand brings my heart rate too high for my current EXI prescription, so I'll stick to the footpaths for now.
If you're taking some time over Easter break, have you been able to schedule in some activity that gets you moving and makes you happy?
