I think I have all in order with blood sugar levels as I have stoped having sugar in anything which was my nemasis. And that has not been difficult and I’m 5.5most of the time and never above 6.5
However I find it hard to cut down on food and tend to graze through the day on good food .
but the weight is not moving I lost 10 kg when I started trying to deal with the weight .within two weeks .
So I’m now concentrating on trying to cut down on portion size .
any advice would be a help as I’m sure some one here has cracked the issue on there jurney
