But if advice required so thanks in advance. I’m working out quite hard in gym, I’m 50, 16 stone and need to be 14 at most. I’ve been taking creatine and l-carnitine for workouts. My weight is increasing. Should I stop creatine as I think it’s adding muscle which is heavier than fat ?

Hi Wacko073 - thanks so much for getting in touch with your question. If you've been advised to take creatine or other supplements for your workouts by a coach/health professional, it's best to go back to them directly to reassess the benefit they are adding to your physical activity programme.
