I'm a technofobe and am not fond of registering my daily walks with the app. I set out this morning without setting the start on my phone then didn't wish to be interrupted. I enjoy the walks but not the recording of them.

it’s worth the time to work out how it works the app . And if you do the walk or exercise not to worry, I did that for a while however I’m making sure I log them for my self when I can .
And all this stuff works it takes patience and time
Hope you do well with your quest .
And don’t stop doing it for you !!
