hi, can I connect my Garmin Saphire watch to the EXI app since this tracks all my workouts automatically?

Hi royston2020 , I'm sorry for the delay in answering your question. It depends on whether you're an android or an iphone user - I believe you can connect your Garmin app to Apple Health so that would import your data, but on Android you may need a 3rd party app to connect to Google Fit.
